Pallet Wrappers:  Stretch wrapping machinery can reduce the material and labor costs of your packaging operations. Automatic and semi-automatic pallet wrappers have the added benefit of reducing  back injuries associated with hand wrapping of pallet loads.  Wrapping equipment provides tighter and more stable loads.

Pre-stretching pallet wrap film is the key to lowering material costs.  With pallet wrapping equipment, the film  goes through a "pre-stretch" carriage before the stretch film is wrapped around the load.  The amount of "pre-stretch" applied to the film can be from 150% to 300% depending on your application and the quality of the stretch film. This reduces film usage without weakening the strength of the film. The memory of the film will provide you with super tight and stable loads that can't be duplicated by hand wrapping.

Three basic types of pallet wrap equipment: Turntable; loads are placed on a turntable which rotates as a film carriage moves up and down and applies the stretch film.  Rotary Tower (Overhead); loads are placed on the floor while a rotating arm spins the film carriage around the load.  Ring Wrapper (Horizontal or Orbital); The film carriage is mounted to a rotating ring which spins as loads are moved through horizontally.
