The Nestaflex 1.6 Power EliteTM
all roller power conveyor has a capacity of 100 pounds per foot (level
surface).

It operates on DC drive motors with a 120VAC converter,
delivering 0-120 feet per minute plus reversible action.

The 1.6 features an improved compaction ratio, all
bolted construction, 1.6" diameter steel rollers and a heavy-duty O-ring
drive system.

Because of its innovative design, the Power Elite
requires less storage space when fully compacted.

With its all-bolted construction and durable design,
this conveyor is the smart solution for distribution centers where there
is high-volume cross docking or loading and unloading of trailers.

The 1.6 can also be used as a powered alternative for
packaging or manufacturing applications.

For receiving applications, there is an optional
heavy-duty impact table.

Other options available include electronic indexing,
zero pressure accumulation, and power assist.

Like all Nestaflex conveyors, the 1.6 Power Elite all
roller power conveyor is portable and can expand, contract or be
configured to meet specific material-handling needs.

Construction: All bolted steel construction.

Side links: 1.72" wide side links are made from
steel.

Axles: Standard axle centers are 5 1/4". Optional
4" and 3" axle centers are available to convey small cartons.

Package stop: Electronic/mechanical package stop
is optional.

Heavy-duty rollers:1.6" diameter rollers (1.9" on
the 1.9 model) are made from 16-gauge steel and have precision bearings
and a 1/4" diameter polyurethane drive belt. Both have steel foot brake
that locks wheel and swivel simultaneously.

Warranty: One-year factory warranty.
The all roller power conveyor is also available as the 1.9
Power Plus with 1.9" diameter steel rollers.
