Job Description
Provide a strong role as an Account Manager building and maintaining rapport with key customers and developing new customer opportunities through a hands on approach. Strong relationship building skills coupled with the knowledge and understanding of customer workflow and packaging requirements are essential components of the position
Job Requirement
Must have experience in a business to business sales environment (Solution selling experience is preferred) with P & L accountability.
Past outside sales experience in the paper and packaging industry is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of the business
community for which you are applying is a must.
A clean driving record and successful background screening, including drug testing will also be required.
The successful candidate must posses the following characteristics:
Creativity related to selling techniques.
Great verbal & written communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
Ability to multi-task.
Detail oriented.
Flexible.
Good follow through.
Team player.
